Lenny’s Catering charges a 5% Administrative Surcharge on all catering orders to cover administrative fees. This surcharge is not distributed to service staff and delivery personnel. Lenny’s Catering suggests a 5% gratuity which is displayed as an adjustable tip amount which is distributed to the delivery personnel.
